The agreement between you and F4Goals. It covers what the app does, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

Your projects and tasks are yours. We store them to run the app for you, and nothing else.

AI schedules are suggestions, not commitments — check anything with a real deadline.

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, from inside the app.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using F4Goals you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.

You need to be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, and at least 13 years old either way.

What F4Goals is

F4Goals is a task and project manager. You group work into projects, break tasks into subtasks, and record how far along each one is rather than only marking it done.

It runs in a web browser and as an Android app. Your work is stored on your device first and synced to our servers, so the app keeps working while you are offline and catches up when you reconnect.

The service is free. We may add paid features later, but anything you can do today stays available on a free account.

Your account

You can sign in with a Google account or with a link we email you. Either way, whoever can open your email or your Google account can get into F4Goals, so keep both secure.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

We may suspend an account that was created with details we can tell are false, or that is being used to attack the service or other people.

Your content stays yours

Your projects, tasks and schedules belong to you. We claim no ownership of them.

You give us permission to store, copy and process that content only to run the service for you — syncing it between your devices, backing it up, and generating schedules when you ask for one. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for what you put in. Do not store anything in F4Goals that is illegal, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that you do not have the right to store.

AI-assisted scheduling

When you ask F4Goals to build a schedule, the titles and status of the tasks involved are sent to Google Gemini, which proposes times for them. Nothing is sent unless you start that action.

Treat the result as a suggestion. It can misjudge how long something takes, put things in an odd order, or miss a deadline that matters to you. Check anything you cannot afford to get wrong, and keep your own record of hard deadlines.

Scheduling requests are rate-limited per account so one person cannot exhaust the service for everyone.

What you may not do

Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise try to extract the source of the app.

Use bots or scripts to hammer the service, farm accounts, or work around the scheduling limits.

Try to reach data that is not yours, or interfere with the security rules that keep accounts separate.

Resell the service, or pass it off as your own product.

We may suspend or close an account that does any of these.

Ending your account

You can leave whenever you want. Deleting your account from the app removes it and everything in it from our servers, and it cannot be undone.

We may close an account that breaks these terms. If we do, we will tell you at the email address on the account unless the law stops us.

Availability, and what we are liable for

F4Goals is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, free of faults, or that a schedule it produces will suit you.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app — including lost data, a missed deadline, or a schedule that turned out to be wrong. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes or the law requires. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and we will tell you in the app before a change that materially affects you takes effect.

Continuing to use F4Goals after a change means you accept the updated terms.
